    What is this? A fantasy football team list of the people Riek would appoint if he happened to become President without having to compromise? Or is he actually creating cabinet government for the opposition-held areas? It reminds me a bit of the list he made in 1993, of William Nyuon, Kerubino Kuanyin, Arok Thon, Joseph Uduho et al.

  3. I see that that Justice John Gatwech Lul has strongly denied involvement with Riek Machar, and cast serious doubt on the authenticity of this list (http://upperniletimes.net/details/648). I think the source of this list should be clarified.
