January 21, 2015 (SSB) —  South Sudanese chairman Mading Kuol Awan on Wednesday dismissed his advisor on political affairs.

A decree issued by Mading, which was read out on South Sudanese community meeting in Nakuru, announced that Bol Ajak had been relieved of his duties.

The high-level sackings came just over a year after Mr. Ajak tried to toppled his chairman  and Mr. Chairman act positively

‘Working for downfall of government’

“There is nobody in the world that the constitution allows to have the status of a government and all the benefits you get from the government and you at the same time are working for the downfall of the same government,” Kuol said.

Ajak has been a vocal critic of Mr. Kuol’s administration since the beginning of this year.

On behave of the South Sudanese community in Nakuru, I would wish to promptly make it clear as the Deputy Chairperson within the governing board in Nakuru that what was posted by Makuei Kuir Biar is not the reality. Our constitution is very clear on matters such as appointments, changes and dissmissal of the or an executive member in the ruling council in Nakuru. The matter reported is still pending and yet to be discuss by the board as granted by the South Sudanese Community in Nakuru’s constitution. Article 1.4 Chapter Two sub-section (6) of our constitution starts ” The chairperson has a power to dismiss or expel any executive member found to be disloyal to the governing committee and constitution as whole after he/she has been given a go ahead by the board”

Therefore, I found it misleading and malicious to report something that has not been ironed out. Finally, Bol Atem Ajak remains the board’s senior consultant until the board approves his dismissal.

You seems to lack information Makuie!!!!. I don’t want to enlighten you further but just ask the chairperson whether Am the designate deputy chairman or not. You behave as if you are the chairperson’s spoke person, unfortunately you don’t have sufficient details of what you want to talk about. Please that’s extremely dangerous to air out to the public an incomplete information. Otherwise, thank you for your views though.
