March 2, 2016 (SSB)  —  Risk is uncertainty or provability that a condition or action can potentially cause injure, harm and damage. New and terrifying events are happening as we take our first steps into the 21st century. The world’s population has always been faced with “risk” but the difference today is that risks can now reach magnitudes of harm that hadn’t been imagined in modern times. They have the potential for inflicting devastating damage on the vital systems and infrastructures on which our society depends. The menace to all that people value the environment, property, health, life itself has never been greater.

Subject: Condemnation of your recent unilateral gubernatorial decisions and actively working against sound conflict mitigation efforts in Twic State

Dear Hon. Bona Panek,

March 2, 2016 (SSB)  —-  The leadership and members of Amuol Community in diaspora are utterly dismayed and disappointed by the news of your recent unilateral acts of defiance and disregard to Amuol constituencies’ constitutional right to willfully choose their representatives.  Be rightfully informed that we are not surprised at all by your actions, as they are a true manifestation of your long espoused sectional and narcissist politics. We are fully aware of your intentions regardless of the miserable efforts exerted to try to disguise such dubious Machiavellianism.

Why do you beat a drum of hatred in greater Bor community? Seats of Duk, Twic East, and Bor Counties are all positions of the new established Jonglei State! Although these positions fulfilled individuals’ interests, it is the same Jonglei.

March 2, 2016 (SSB)  —  In response to two different complains of Duk County in new established Jonglei state, published by Gurtong website March 1, 2016 with title “Duk Community Oppose Appointment Of Two Minsters In Jonglei”and a complaint was stated that “The appointment of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry and the Minister of Information in Jonglei is being opposed by community leaders who claim that the names of the two Ministers were not among the names of those approved by the community. In a serious statement and press outcome presented to Jonglei state governor by the community, youth and rest of community leaders stated that, “Duk County community submitted a document to the State Governor demanding for the suspension of Mayen Ngor and Yath Awan Yath until their grievances are heard”.
