March 26, 2016 (SSB)  —-  The rate at which the problem of Jonglei state is escalating is almost equivalent to the rate at which price of commodities are increasing in the market. Everyday buyers/consumers hopes for the reduction of prices and depreciation of dollar, however, they keep increasing day after day and this will lead to the collapse of economy in a long run if nothing is done. That is how the problem of Jonglei state will be, if nothing is done, it will lead to the collapse of the state government.

March 26, 2016 (SSB)  —-  ‘Holocaust’ is a Greek word meaning burnt whole. John Milton was the first English Writer to use the word in the wider sense; he defined it as intentional and complete destruction of properties by fire or mass murder. Holocaust is often use as a synonym for disaster and slaughter of people on a wide scale. The massacre of 50, 000 civilians en mass in Juba, the recent UN report which reveal that hundred people were suffocated to death in leer; that dozen girls were ganged raped and burned alive; continuous barbaric killings of innocent civilians in Malakal town and other UN camps; the South Sudan state’s policy that allow its fighters to rape as form of payment amount arguably to ‘holocaust’ in the contemporary understanding.

Yesterday I saw the social media was clouded with letters of Easter Holiday; the Facebook, Watsap, print and online newspapers name them. When I realized it now became the dominant trending topic of the day, I also decided to take part in that viral conversation. I made a little effort to reach some guys whose contacts I have at my disposal wishing them happy Easter too. I was relaying the same message ‘hello, happy Easter, and their replies were highly jovial. Some responded to me saying, ‘‘Hello Dak happy Easter to you’’ et cetera.

March 26, 2016 (SSB)  —-  The free market that was decreed by the minister of finance and the governor of the central bank of south Sudan cannot be the solution to the rising inflation in the country. Currently, inflation in south Sudan has hit a double digit, south Sudan bureau of statistic reported earlier that the inflation rate for the year end December 2015 rose to 11. % from 6.4%. This is the highest inflation rate since south Sudan got it/ her independence 2011.

March 26, 2016 (SSB)  —-  Duk Community is a great society with comprehensive of peace and coexistence towards its neighbouring communities. Therefore, this is why it has a very strengthen relationship with Twic East Community for decades more than other communities in old Jonglei State because Twic East Community is a humble community with dignity and integrity towards other communities.

When gubernatorial nominations were made and the dysfunctional Greater Bor Community under mouthpieces Michael Makuei Lueth made a calls to give gubernatorial nomination to Twic East County to nominate new Jonglei State governor. Duk Community become very confident knowing that Twic East Community would nominate a person who they think would bring changes among the communities of Dinka of new Jonglei State.

March 26, 2016 (SSB)  —-  Considering the history of money which started as barter trade, where goods were exchange for goods, it was sooner that man faces the difficulties involved in that type of business.

Top among the challenges was the problem of transportation of such exchanged goods from one location to another, so man decided to introduce coins, made of gold and silver, into the trading system to be used as money with an aim of reducing the medium of exchange into a smaller and lighter item that can easily be carried from one location to another, sooner after the introduction of coins it also become difficult to transport coins especially those with bulky amount so, a paper design in special way was introduced to be used as money and indeed paper as a money did solve the problem of transportation up to date, because it can easily be folded into a pocket or a small safe box.
