Dr. Barnaba Marial called me and apologized for what happened and reassure me of his commitment to the issue of Abyei and that the Ministry will withdraw the document and present another document without reference to that part that describes me as Sudanese and that he will make a press conference.

one nation, one people

One nation, one people, one tribe

March 22, 2016 (SSB)  —-  Politics divides the world is into friend and enemy. (Francis,1962) Those politics made friends, it may soon make them enemies. Those it made enemies, it may soon make them friends. This is why it is often said that, no permanent friends or enemy in Politics. It’s all about permanent interest. Hey, don’t be carried away with the theory, let’s talk in practicals.

When politics turn people enemies, what do they do to each other? They try to injure or neutralize each other in all manners. Since one of the two is often saddled with governance, who suffers from their enmity and attempt of injury? The people.

March 22, 2016 (SSB)  —  I am very concern with this current situation of South Sudan as a citizen of this country to express my feeling that pains me most, where government is having deaf ear to it citizens who are challenging for enhanced service delivery, South Sudanese poor citizens are the victim of this in progress economic crisis and these are the very people that vote in president Salva Kiir, in 2010 and opt to be independent and first class citizens in their own country but after all the current regime of Juba, turn to people by killing them politically and economically by raising the foreign currency against the local pounds and the rebellion of devil Dr. Machar, is refusing to come Juba for at least to left the sanctions that was impose on Juba by international community.

Twic Mayaardit's meeting

Paan Chief Lang Juuk’s meeting will be the litmus test for Twic Mayardit Community’s unity

March 22, 2016 (SSB)  —-  As what I call the most difficult Monday, March, 21, 2016 Twic Mayardit consensus-seeking Conference meeting is fast approaching and hosted at the home turf of great chief Lang Juuk of Akuar Athokbeekdit, to discuss and resolve the issue of forceful and illegal unilateral relocation of the Twic Mayardit Administrative Capital from Turalei to the village of Mayen Abun, home land to the catholic church in Twic state. We, the citizens of Twic are put on trial and as well being reminded of how much vested stakes we have in each other. Our community, Twic Mayardit has always been a strong community not because of the absence of issues/problems that divide us but rather because of the strength of our age long conflict mitigation processes no matter how complex the dividing issues are.
