G-10 with President Uhuru

G-10 with President Uhuru of Kenya in Nairobi, June 25, 2015

March 3, 2016 (SSB)  —  It has been said that the main argue for human being in this world is desire to be importance. It is the desire to be appreciated and managed to control others politically and militarily .The late Adolf Hitler had tried this by saying that all European governments could vanish when he had waged war against European countries. This desire to control others is what has been happening in this world since world war two. That is what the president Kiir had tried to do to silence other politicians in the country. As I have observed what happened in our country in 2013, then I would like to explain more about what happened between the president Kiir and the former political detainees in the country.

The Republic of South Sudan has joined the East African Community (EAC), a group of nations that cooperates in the areas of trade, travel, tourism and harmonization of tax regimes and other regulations. EAC includes Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Burundi and Rwanda.

March 3, 2016 (SSB)  —- East Africa Community is a Regional intergovernmental Organization of the Republic of Kenya, United Republic of Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi, with it has a headquarter in Arusha Tanzania. The main aim for which this community was form is to widen and deepen co-operation among the Partner States in, political, economic and social fields for their mutual benefit. To this extent the EAC countries established a Customs Union in 2005 and a Common Market in 2010.

The next phase of the integration will see the bloc enter into a Monetary Union and ultimately become a Political Federation of the East African States. There are many other protocols that have been developed by the member states apart from the stated protocols of custom unions and the common market but I am going to base my arguments on these two protocols and see how we shall benefit from the union if we join as demanded by our political elites.

March 3, 2016 (SSB)  —-  Dominant in ordinary English means most important, powerful or influential. A dominant person or group(s) commands, controls and exerts authority over others. Domination, which means prevailing over others, is assisted by several determinants such as population size, political power (elitism), military and Economic strengths. Naturally it is believed that the majority should always dominate. Every decision by the dominant is final and binding even if it is flawed.

museveni's quote on leadership

March 3, 2016 (SSB)  —  I am pleased and touched by youth reaction to the latest move in Jonglei state’s politics to challenge, condemn and critique new governor’s cabinet without youth. This is very worrying and portray bad image about the youth of this historical state. It is for sure shows that elders or our political elites up to now still believes that youth in Jonglei have no experience hence can’t lead. They only believe that youth can only implements whatever decision made by them and can’t be questioned though regarded to serve the people of the state.

Small bonuses like the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) given to every constituency for development are things that portray how old aged government can perform; plus many other failed projects not forgetting the ever impaired security. By the way, there is now no trust in youth leadership even though you are sycophant to old-age.
